Coronovirus myths

There is a lot of non-scientific myths about the virus and it is a shame people believe this

As regards  nutrition it is important to have  a healthy balanced diet with 5 portions of  vegetables and fruit each day, regular meals and snacks plus 2litres of fluid for adults
